We bring like-minded people and organizations together to find solutions to community needs and assist our sector to think and act collaboratively rather than competitively.
 
We search out opportunities to assist in supporting community efforts that enhance community life.

  • Lacy Leadership Association
    In 2006, LLA chose Trustee Leadership Development, now Leadership Ventures, as a community partner.  Sharing the vision of developing leaders for community service, LLA partners with Leadership Ventures in promoting INDY ONboard, a recruiting, training and matching program for corporate leaders engaging in nonprofit board service.
  • Central Indiana Community Foundation

  • Charitable Advisors, LLC
    Leadership Ventures collaborates with and contracts wtih Charitable Advisors to develop Executive Director Venture Groups, Executive Transition Management Services and to publish Boards 2.0, an online newsletter for Central Indiana board members.
