Our work usually begins with a research phase to define a scope of work that will accomplish the client’s preferred outcome.  Often that includes a designed reflection, a facilitated, values-based discussion or workshop/retreat involving staff, volunteers and stakeholders.  We identify and build on organizational strengths, re-energize individual passions, and create opportunities for leadership growth.
