Leadership and management issues pose real challenges for nonprofit organizations.  With increasingly complex social problems and demands on nonprofits to professionalize the need for sector knowledge is increasing.
 
Leadership Ventures believes that robust knowledge-sharing will produce a more powerful and effective sector, as well as, a more collaborative culture.  To that end, rather than viewing our work as proprietary, we are actively looking for ways to give our knowledge away.
