ABOUT LEADERSHIP VENTURES

Leadership Ventures is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing collaborative leadership and developing organizational capacity in the not-for-profit sector.
 
Our programs and services are designed to build individual, organizational and sector-wide capacity, as well as to develop leadership at all levels of the organization; board, executive, staff and volunteer.
 
 
Our History
 
Leadership Ventures began over seventeen years ago as Trustee Leadership Development, challenged with the mission of developing resources, programs and training for nonprofit boards and governance leaders.  This mission resulted in powerful board educational materials used in over 1,000 community-based and religious organizations in 30 states.
 
Today, Leadership  Ventures is focused on Indiana's social sector and building the leadership capacity at all levels of the sector.
